(4th Sunday Advent): Hope (Christmas Offering)

Calm & Bright: This year is the 200th anniversary of the debut of "Silent Night, Holy Night." This hymn has become the best-loved worship moment of many Christians. Something mystical occurs as we light our candles and sing the hope of "all is calm, all is bright.” Join us as we celebrate the carol's message over the entire season of Advent and highlight its call for our lives that can guide us all year long.

December 23 (4th Sunday Advent) Hope

• When Joseph discovered his fiancé Mary was pregnant, he was ready to run. God invited him to wait, but that didn’t mean sitting around and doing nothing.

• "Highest Heaven"
• When Joseph arrived in Bethlehem with Mary, she’s ready to give birth. All births are a miracle, but this one involved a flash-mob and a song about the highest heaven.

Lent Series: R U Kidding?
Jesus invited his followers to become like children to enter the kingdom of heaven. It’s possible that everything we ever needed to know to experience the kingdom of heaven we learned as a child. Hear an interview each week with someone who wondered if Jesus was kidding but discovered something amazing about experiencing God’s presence.

March 6 (Ash Wednesday)

• It might seem unfair when others get more than they deserve, but Jesus reminds us to give thanks for what we have rather than worrying about others.
